SHWE TUN Elite Team’s 2026 Outdoor DevelopmenT training Camp (Batch 2)

The SHWE TUN 2026 Outward Bound Training (Batch 2), organized by LC Myanmar Consulting on March 28–29, continued the momentum of developing leadership and teamwork through experiential learning. As LC, we delivered a carefully designed program that challenged participants to grow both individually and collectively.

Participants engaged in a variety of outdoor activities that required trust, coordination, and effective communication. Through these challenges, they gained practical insights into leadership, adaptability, and decision-making. Reflection sessions further reinforced learning, helping participants translate their experiences into actionable skills.

Batch 2 participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm and collaboration, creating a vibrant and supportive learning environment. We observed noticeable improvements in team dynamics and confidence, highlighting the effectiveness of the training approach.

The successful completion of Batch 2 further strengthens LC Myanmar Consulting’s mission to empower organizations through meaningful learning experiences.
