The SUDEY’s 2026 Outbound Training and Trip

The SUDEY’s 2026 Outbound Training Trip was organized by LC Myanmar Consulting from February 12 to 14. The program combined travel and learning experiences with experiential learning methodologies to effectively enhance leadership and teamwork competencies among participants.
During the Outbound Trip, participants were able to enjoy new travel experiences while actively engaging in a series of challenging outdoor activities. Through these experiences, they had the opportunity to develop and strengthen their individual and team capabilities in a practical and meaningful way.
As LC Myanmar Consulting, we delivered a well-structured program that integrated travel-based learning with experiential training approaches. The program successfully contributed to both personal development and the improvement of team performance among all participants.

During this Outbound Training Trip, participants engaged in a variety of outdoor activities that required trust-building, teamwork coordination, and effective communication. Through these challenges, combined with travel-based learning experiences, they gained practical insights into leadership, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
In addition, the Reflection Sessions further strengthened the overall learning process by helping participants consolidate their experiences. These sessions effectively supported them in transforming what they had learned during the trip into practical and applicable skills for their personal and professional development.

During this Outbound Training Trip, participants actively engaged in all activities and demonstrated strong teamwork, which helped create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
In addition, significant improvements were observed in team dynamics and trust levels among participants. These outcomes clearly reflected the effectiveness of the travel-based experiential training approach used throughout the program.
