SHWE TUN Elite Team’s 2026 Outdoor DevelopmenT training Camp

The SHWE TUN 2026 Outward Bound Training (Batch 1), organized by LC Myanmar Consulting on March 21–22, was designed as an engaging platform to enhance leadership, teamwork, and resilience. As LC, we structured the program to combine experiential outdoor challenges with guided learning, enabling participants to step beyond their comfort zones and unlock their potential.

Throughout the two-day training, participants took part in dynamic activities that emphasized collaboration, communication, and trust. Each session was followed by reflective discussions, allowing individuals to connect their experiences with real-world workplace applications. The outdoor environment encouraged adaptability and sharpened problem-solving skills under pressure.

We observed strong engagement and growth among participants, with many demonstrating increased confidence and initiative. Teams developed better cohesion and understanding, reinforcing the importance of effective collaboration in achieving shared goals.
