vivo 818 Channel Elite Team Outdoor Training

vivo Myanmar channel elite team started a day of training in LC development base, dedicated to team building, quality development, and creating brilliance again.

Myanmar, 18th August 2023, vivo Myanmar Channel Elite Team had a unique outdoor training activity, code name 818. at the beautiful LC Outdoor Training Base, participants gathered for a day of fulfilling and far-reaching team building journey. The goal of this training included both strengthening teamwork and focusing on individual quality development to inject new vitality into the whole team.

The training content runs through the three core themes of team building, quality development and re-creating brilliance. In the team building session, participants promoted tacit understanding and synergy among team members through challenging activities. In the quality development session, participants challenged their limits through colourful outdoor projects, cultivating perseverance and teamwork skills. At last, the session of Creating Brilliance stimulated the creative potential of the team members and fully prepared them for future challenges.
One of the highlights of the training was the bonding between the teams formed during the training. Participants struggled together in the challenges, understood each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and deepened their tacit understanding and trust. The whole process was filled with emotional resonance among team members, allowing everyone to grow together in an atmosphere of mutual motivation. At the end of the training, a series of touching moments made everyone present deeply rewarding, and at the same time laid a solid foundation for the future development of vivo’s Myanmar channel elite team.
