YASIS Team-Building Training

On 7 December 2025, Yangon Adventist Seminary International School (YASIS) successfully held a Teachers’ Team-Building Training, organized by LC Myanmar Consulting. The program brought together YASIS educators in a focused and supportive environment, aiming to strengthen teamwork, professional connection, and a shared commitment to quality education.

Throughout the training, teachers actively engaged in well-structured team activities facilitated by LC Myanmar Consulting. These sessions emphasized effective communication, trust-building, and collaboration, encouraging participants to reflect on the importance of teamwork in fostering a positive and productive school culture.The program also created meaningful opportunities for teachers to exchange experiences and insights across departments. By working together beyond their daily teaching roles, participants strengthened mutual understanding and gained practical approaches to supporting one another in academic planning and student development.This team-building training, professionally organized by LC Myanmar Consulting, marked an important milestone in strengthening the YASIS teaching team.
