YANGON ADVENTIST SEMINARY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

The YASIS Youth Development Outdoor Training at the LC Training Base offered students a valuable opportunity to grow beyond the classroom. Through thoughtfully designed activities, the program encouraged young learners to explore their strengths, build confidence, and understand the importance of personal responsibility. It created a supportive environment where students were motivated to discover their abilities and learn how to express themselves positively.

Students participated in a variety of team-based challenges that strengthened communication and cooperation. These activities helped them understand how to listen actively, share ideas respectfully, and support their peers. By working together toward common goals, students developed a stronger sense of trust and belonging—skills that will benefit them in school, in friendships, and in future leadership roles.

The LC Training Base provided a safe, organized, and inspiring outdoor setting that helped students stay engaged throughout the program. Trainers guided each activity with patience and care, ensuring that students not only enjoyed the challenges but also understood the key lessons behind them. Reflection sessions after each task allowed students to relate what they learned to their daily life, making the experience both meaningful and memorable.

Overall, the YASIS Youth Development Outdoor Training served as an impactful learning journey that nurtured students’ character, emotional strength, and leadership potential. It encouraged them to think confidently, act responsibly, and build positive habits that will support their long-term growth. The program highlights the LC Training Base’s commitment to shaping well-rounded, motivated, and future-ready youth.
