YANGON ADVENTIST SEMINARY Youth Development Training ( Batch-2 )

On 29th August 2025, LC Myanmar Consulting organized a special Outward Bound Training program for the Yangon Adventist Seminary Youth Development Batch 2. The program was carefully designed tostrong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and resilience. By engaging in meaningful outdoor and experiential activities, the youth were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and unlock their potential for personal and community development.

The training featured a blend of group-based challenges, problem-solving tasks, and physical activities that required collaboration and creativity. Each session was structured to strengthen communication, trust, and critical thinking—skills that are vital for future leaders. Participants were guided through exercises that mirrored real-world situations, enabling them to gain confidence in handling challenges and supporting one another in pursuit of shared goals.

Leadership development was at the heart of the program. Young participants were provided opportunities to take initiative, lead their teams, and make decisions under dynamic conditions. This not only boosted their self-confidence but also cultivated responsibility and empathy. As they navigated through the activities, bonds of friendship and cooperation grew stronger, reflecting the values of unity and service that the seminary aims to instill in its students.

The day concluded with a reflective session where participants shared personal insights and lessons learned. Many expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to grow both individually and collectively through the program. The Youth Development Batch 2 of Yangon Adventist Seminary emerged from the training more empowered, motivated, and inspired to contribute positively to their communities. LC Myanmar Consulting’s program once again proved to be a meaningful and transformative experience for the next generation of leaders.
