SD+ MYANMAR 2025 ELITE TEAM Development Owardbound Training
On 29th August 2025, LC Myanmar Consulting organized a comprehensive Outward Bound Training program for SD+ Myanmar at the LC Training Base. This program was designed with a serious focus on developing leadership qualities, enhancing problem-solving skills, and strengthening team dynamics. The training aimed to create an environment where participants could challenge themselves physically and mentally, while building resilience to overcome both personal and organizational obstacles.
The training agenda was filled with structured outdoor challenges and experiential learning activities. Participants engaged in physically demanding tasks, group problem-solving exercises, and leadership rotations that required effective communication and trust. Each activity was carefully designed to simulate real-life workplace challenges, ensuring participants could translate their learnings directly into professional contexts.
