TPT Yee Shinn (Agriculture) Outbound Training

At LC Myanmar Consulting, we are committed to creating transformative learning experiences that go beyond the walls of the workplace. We were proud to organize and lead an outward bound training program for TPT Yee Shinn at the peaceful and picturesque Ngu Farm. This program was thoughtfully designed to help participants strengthen collaboration, leadership, and team spirit in a refreshing natural environment.

One of the most engaging activities of the day was Raft Building. This challenge called for creative thinking, strategic planning, and seamless teamwork. Participants were tasked with building functional rafts using limited materials, then navigating the water as a unified team. Watching the teams work together—brainstorming, building, and ultimately sailing—was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved through clear communication and trust.

Beyond the hands-on activities, the serene atmosphere of Ngu Farm provided the perfect backdrop for deeper conversations and team bonding. Our facilitators guided group reflections that allowed participants to connect their outdoor experiences with everyday workplace dynamics. It was inspiring to witness individuals step into new roles, support one another, and discover untapped strengths within their teams.
