Beyond The Classroom: Real World Challenges (Outdoor Training for Students and Teachers)

On the 15th of March 2024, LC Myanmar Consulting, co-founder of the Youth Health and Cultural Development League, organized “Beyond The Classroom: Real World Challenges” at the LC Training Base. The training gathered students and teachers from MSI Academy Education Centre, NIEC International School, Central International School, and ILMC Private School.

The primary objective of this event was twofold: firstly, to empower students with practical skills and insights necessary for navigating the complexities of the real world, and secondly, to activate outdoor experiential learning opportunities, thereby enriching their educational journey.

Throughout the day-long event, participants engaged in a series of interactive workshops, dynamic team-building activities, and thought-provoking discussions. Facilitated by industry experts and seasoned educators, these sessions were meticulously designed to challenge students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and innovate creatively.

From problem-solving simulations to outdoor leadership exercises, students were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and confront real-world scenarios head-on. Through experiential learning, they gained invaluable practical knowledge and honed essential life skills, including leadership, communication, and resilience.

Beyond The Classroom: Real World Challenges proved to be a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on all who participated. As students departed the event, they carried with them not only newfound knowledge and skills but also a heightened sense of confidence and determination to shape a better future for themselves and their communities.

LC Myanmar Consulting and the Youth Health and Cultural Development League extend their heartfelt gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and partners whose unwavering support made this event possible. Together, let us continue to transcend boundaries, inspire greatness, and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.
