Detailed introduction to Productivity Training -1-day Project

08:00 – 08:30

The X- Group has to come to the LC Outdoor Training Base. Trainers checking register, covid protection, hanging out the water bottle, a guide to place the storage box for belonging.

08:30 – 09:30    

[Ice Breaking + Friendship] Create a team atmosphere, Introducing Training topics and what is outdoor training, Rules & Regulations.

Activity Introduction;

Ice-breaking is an activity that is designed to welcome members’ attendances, and warm up and create comfort between participants in an indoor or outdoor training and team meeting.

Objectives

  1. Eliminate the gap between participants.
  2. Encourage shy members to participate more.
  3. Activate the team atmosphere and spirits.
09:35 – 11:00 

[Top Speed 60s] Brainstorming, Teamwork

Activity Introduction

This is one of the challenging activities. Every challenge must be done within 60 seconds. Team members must arrange the numbers on the 1 to 30 number cards in order within 60 seconds.

Objectives

  1. Improve strategic management and workflow.
  2. Effective leadership skills.
  3. Work allocation and use of resources.
  4. Putting not giving up mindset and work done on time.
11:05 – 12:00

[Hand Writing] Team corporation

Activity Introduction

According to the rule, all the participants pull the end of the rope and complete the assigned tasks without touching the brush.

Objectives

  1. Improve strategic management and workflow.
  2. Effective leadership skills.
  3. Work allocation and use of resources.
  4. Many different points of view need to adjust in team corporation.
12:00 – 13:00

13:00 – 13:30    

 [Warming Up] Active team atmosphere.

13:35 – 15:00

[Balanced Bar] Responsibility, not to blame each other’s, focus on the main point

Activity Introduction;

Using a 4.5 m iron stick, team members have to balance that iron stick with one finger of both hands. During the whole process, team members have to keep the touch with the iron stick. Even if one member can’t keep balanced, the activity fails and needs to restart the whole mission.

Objectives

  1. Accusations and complaints lead to failure.
  2. The team needs to perform balance and harmonic each other as activity name.
  3. Need to have the same target for the whole team.
13:35 – 15:00    

[Morse Code] Information sharing, Communicating

Activity Introduction;

The members walk on the rough road, flip over and line up the thirteen overturned cards.

Objectives

  1. To know the pros and cons of sharing information.
  2. To find the most effective and easy ways before implementation.
  3. To have fully concentrated on work.
17:00 – 18:00

18:00 – 20:00    

 [Blinded Road] Memorize parents, teachers, trust

Activity Introduction;

All the team members were blindfolded and walked while holding their hands along the tough road. Members are not allowed to make a sound during the process. Just rely on the body to feel, help each other and make the mission done.

Objectives

  1. Establishing a team atmosphere full of love and tolerance.
  2. Realizing and understanding the gratitude for life, to feeling the value of the colleagues.
  3. Creating team loyalty and harmony.
